After he installed the door he provided thorough instructions on how to operate and maintain the system, graciously answered all our questions, and hauled away the old door. From the first contact with the office to the completion of the repair, Harbour Door provided exceptional service. For safety reasons, I wanted to change from a single spring to a two-spring system. With a bit of math, Craig was able to find two stock springs to replace the broken one. Stephen and his helper came out to do the job, and now the door is perfectly balanced with a nice, soft close. The price was reasonable. It was definitely a 5-star job. Thanks!
